to a fortune...
...and they are being sought for the reading of a will that
could make them rich, rich rich !
Great Uncle Broderick Sinclair, famed millionaire recluse
and obsessive puzzle-maker has passed away, leaving only
a map, a locked treasure chest and a mysterious diary to
a surprise relative - the birthday child!
However, to open the treasure chest, your birthday crew
will have to solve the mysteries and puzzles held in Sinclair's
creepy mansion and beloved diary. They'll uncover cryptic
clues, funny puzzles, and spine-tingling secrets as they
get closer and closer to finding the hidden key to the treasure
chest!
The Sinclair Manor Treasure Hunt is a customized, thrilling
adventure for your child and their friends! This hunt
is best suited for groups of 2 to 6 children, ages 9
- 12 !

How
the Treasure Hunt works:
- Pick up your Treasure Hunt package, or have it shipped directly
to your door.
- When ordering, tell us 6 safe and kid-accessible hiding
spots in your yard. The Treasure Map is customized to the
these spots, so when the children reveal a map location, such
as "Sinclair Manor - Kitchen", it leads to a location
in your very own home or yard!
- Your only setup job is to hide 5 mysterious clue envelopes
and the treasure chest key in pre-determined spots.
- Start the adventure by having and adult read the 'Last
Will and Testament of Broderick Sinclair' out loud. It's a
message (and a challenge) from beyond the grave from your
own long lost (and possibly crazy) Great Uncle Broderick.
- The will says that a great treasure has been set aside,
but only for those who are worthy to receive it. Sinclair
planted several puzzles and clues to be found on the way to
the hidden treasure chest key.
- Using Sinclair's Ancient Journal and Treasure Map, the
children must find scraps of lost diary pages, which lead
them on a trail of adventure, mystery and puzzles.
- Each diary page contains one of Broderick's zany puzzles
and a clue toward the location of the missing key! After solving
all 5 clues, the location of the key is magically revealed
by decoding a final, secret message.

  After
a wild search, the kids rush back, brimming with excitement as
they return with the missing key. As imaginations run wild, the
birthday child is allowed to unlock the chest!
Slowly the lid creaks open, and a bountiful supply of Treasure
Loot is revealed for everyone, including a giant diamond just
for the birthday child!
This treasure hunt is an ideal activity for any child's birthday
party, as it promotes sharing and teamwork. The kids have a
super time, you get the credit and your child gets a party that
they will absolutely never forget!
*** One grown up is required
to facilitate the hunt and (if needed) work with the children
to read the clues and help solve the puzzles.
